Do I need a referral or diagnosis to book?

No referral is needed. You can contact us directly.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. Therapists are required by law to keep confidential anything their clients share. Confidentiality can only be broken if there is a belief that a client may harm themselves or others.

Do you offer telehealth/online sessions?

Yes. We offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. Please contact our office to confirm your eligibility.

What ages do you work with?

We work with clients ages 4 and up, including children (ages 6–10), teens, and adults.

What languages are sessions available in?

Sessions can be conducted in English, Hindi, Spanish, or Urdu.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. BlueCross and BlueShield is accepted. Out-of-network documentation can be provided for other insurers.

What is the difference between a psychologist and a psychiatrist?

A psychologist holds a doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) and specializes in therapy, assessment, and evaluation. A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who primarily prescribes medication. Our psychologists do not prescribe medication.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

Your first session is a chance for us to understand your concerns, personal history, and goals. Together, we will discuss the best approach for your needs and determine whether our practice is the right fit.
